about no dancing

Currently - slowly - coming out of a period of hiatus, No Dancing Records is small, independent record label based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. At various points it has also been a 'club'.
 

The label was started as a vehicle to release records by our friends and slowly (very slowly!) expanded to release acts from further afield.

It has primarily been a 'singles label', offering bands a stepping stone to the next stage of their careers, but has released full length albums along the way too.

The label releases via worldwide digital distribution & UK / Ireland physical when we decide to do 7"'s, 12" albums or cd's.

Some of the acts we have worked with include Anderson Nightmare, Robyn G Shiels, Desert Hearts, Elspeth, Wonder Villains, Malibu Shark Attack, Wheat, Cashier No.9, Dance Me Pregnant, Lady Finger, Riff Randells, Corrigan, Kidd Dynamo, Freelance Hellraiser, Black Alley Screens, Guided*, Panama Kings and The So-So Sailors
